Tiago Alkana
Founder, Owner & Licensed Master Plumber — Conejo Bros Plumbing, Thousand Oaks, CATiago Alkana founded Conejo Bros Plumbing after more than a decade working at the highest levels of the Southern California plumbing industry — including a senior partnership role at one of the region's largest plumbing operations, where he helped manage a team of over 100 active field technicians. That experience gave him an unusually complete picture of the industry: what works, what fails, and — critically — where most plumbing companies let their customers down.
He launched Conejo Bros specifically to build something different: a company where the owner is genuinely accountable for every job, where technicians are trained to diagnose problems accurately rather than recommend the most expensive solution, and where customers are treated as neighbors rather than transactions. The Conejo Valley is not just where Tiago works — it is his home, and every company decision reflects that personal investment in the community.
Tiago holds a California C-36 Plumbing Contractor license and has hands-on expertise across all of the services Conejo Bros offers, including trenchless sewer rehabilitation, septic system design and installation, sewer camera inspection, advanced leak detection, and emergency plumbing. He personally reviews every complex job before work begins and remains the direct point of accountability for every customer interaction at Conejo Bros.

Before Conejo Bros, Tiago spent over a decade in plumbing operations across Ventura and Los Angeles counties — including a partnership role overseeing more than 100 technicians — building the technical foundation and operational discipline that defines how Conejo Bros operates today.
Conejo Bros was created to fill a specific gap in the Conejo Valley market: a locally owned, technically specialized plumbing contractor that could handle everything from routine drain clearing to complex trenchless sewer rehabilitation and septic system design — under a single, accountable owner.
