Press 1 for New application.

Make sure you have the Merchant number ready.

2759 has 11 ½ years with a 9.99% interest charge,
2728 has a 7 ½ years with a 11.99 % interest charge,
2611 has a plan for deferred interest for 12 months, if paid in full by the 12 months. If not, the interest will be charged.

Then stay on the line and an agent will be with you shortly.

You provide them with the 8-digit merchant number and the 4-digit plan number and they will be able to help you apply for the loan over the phone.

The customer will know instantly over the phone, if they have been approved or not.

Once approved, then they send email to the customer and then they will have to activate the account.

Once the account is activated then we can view your account on our end and then we can charge the amount (based on what was agreed)

Then, once the amount has been charged , the customer will have a text or email that is sent to them to approve the amount.

Once approved we receive an email on our end stated the approval was accepted and from then on you will need to contact greensky for any additional questions on the loan.
